About us

About Welcome

We serve legal papers and handle the document work that goes with them across all 32 states of Mexico, for U.S. law firms, legal aid groups, collection agencies and in-house legal teams.

Who we are

Welcome exists to solve a problem U.S. lawyers know well: getting papers to the right person in Mexico, properly, and being able to prove it. Addresses work differently, the language is different, and the rules for service across the border are easy to get wrong.

We handle that part for you. Our regional offices coordinate local process servers who know their cities, towns and back roads. Every attempt is logged with GPS and photos, and every case ends with an English affidavit your U.S. court can rely on.

When a case needs more than a knock on the door, we also prepare Hague Convention requests, letters rogatory and certified translations, locate people who have moved, and arrange court-ordered publication.

Why clients choose us

  • Local servers in every region, coordinated from six regional offices.
  • Every speed option, from standard to rush, same-day and urgent special handling.
  • Documented attempts with GPS stamps, photos and notes for your due diligence record.
  • Details confirmed first, so you approve timing and scope before any work begins.

How we work

Proof on every attempt

GPS stamps, timestamped photos and notes for every attempt, so your due diligence record is complete whether or not the person is served.

English affidavits

Affidavits of Service and Non-Service in English, formatted for U.S. court filing, with Spanish translations of your documents when needed.

Clear communication

Updates after every attempt by email, WhatsApp or ServeManager, and replies within 3 business hours.

Details confirmed first

We confirm scope, timing and the best method before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

Honest advice on method

Some courts require Hague service through Mexico’s Central Authority. We tell you when that may apply, and handle either route.

Confidential by default

Your documents, photos and reports are used only for your case and shared only with the people who need them to complete it.

Who we work with

  • Law firms handling family law, civil litigation, personal injury and commercial disputes with a party in Mexico.
  • Legal aid and pro bono groups that need reliable service without the overhead.
  • Collection agencies and creditors pursuing debtors who have moved to Mexico.
  • In-house legal teams serving Mexican companies, suppliers and former employees.

About us FAQ

Have a different question? Email us at cases@example.com.

Are you a law firm?

No. We are a process serving and legal support company. We don’t give legal advice; your attorney decides which method of service your court requires.

Do you work in English and Spanish?

Yes. We communicate with you in English, serve recipients in Spanish, and translate documents in both directions.

Can individuals hire you, or only law firms?

Most of our clients are law firms and agencies, but we also help individuals whose attorney has told them what needs to be served.

Need papers served in Mexico?

Tell us what you need and we’ll confirm the details for your Mexico address within 3 business hours.
