Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use this website or order services from Welcome.
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to every service you order from Welcome. By using the website, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Our services
We provide process serving, service on companies, Hague Convention and letters rogatory support, certified translations, skip tracing, edict publication and document messenger services in Mexico.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Nothing on this website or in our communications is legal advice. You and your attorney are responsible for deciding which method of service your court requires, including whether formal service through Mexico’s Central Authority is needed.
Your responsibilities
When you order a service, you agree that:
- The information you give us is accurate and complete, including names, addresses and case details
- You have the legal right to request the service and will use our work only for lawful purposes
- The documents you provide are final, complete and, where required, translated
- You will tell us promptly about deadlines, special instructions or changes to the case
Our results depend on the accuracy of the information you provide. Incomplete or incorrect information can delay service or prevent it.
Quotes, orders and cancellations
We confirm scope, timing and fees with you before work begins. An order becomes firm once you approve the quote or ask us to proceed. You may cancel before a server is dispatched; once field work has started, work already performed is billable.
Fees and payment
Fees, payment methods and due dates are stated on your quote and invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we invoice after the field work is completed and documented. Third-party costs, such as official fees, publication charges or translation of very long documents, are billed as stated in your quote.
No guarantee of outcome
We work diligently and lawfully to complete every assignment, but we cannot guarantee that a person will be found or served, that service will be completed by a particular date, or that a court will accept a particular method of service. When service cannot be completed, we provide an Affidavit of Non-Service and a record of our attempts.
Proof of service and confidentiality
Affidavits, photos, GPS records and reports we prepare are for your use in the matter you ordered them for. We treat your documents and case information as confidential and share them only as needed to perform the service or as required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Communications
By placing an order, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, text message or WhatsApp about your order and account. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, missed deadlines caused by information we were not given, or a court’s decision about service.
Indemnity
You agree to hold Welcome harmless from claims arising from inaccurate information you provided, documents you supplied, or a service you requested for an unlawful purpose.
Website use and intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design and logos, belongs to Welcome or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business use, but you may not copy, scrape, resell or reuse the content without our written permission, or use the website in a way that harms it or its users.
Links to other websites
Links to third-party websites, such as maps or government pages, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [state / country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of [city, state / country], unless the law requires otherwise. We encourage you to contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
